Please allow up to 2-3 business days for order verification and processing, and an additional 3-5 business days for delivery*.

 

We deliver to México and USA.

Delivery times can fluctuate due to holidays and weather conditions.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments. Customers are responsible for paying additional shipping and handling fees to have the order re-shipped, if available. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier. Please contact us with any questions regarding carrier claims.

At 32 BONE, we strive to provide you with exceptional and unique handmade art pieces. However, if you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase, we have established a comprehensive return policy to ensure your convenience and satisfaction.

We accept returns on art handmade pieces within 15 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, undamaged, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are exempt from our return policy, including custom-made artworks and personalized pieces. Additionally, items that have been damaged or altered post-purchase are not eligible for return.

3. Return Process:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer support team at "art.32bone@gmail.com to request a return and receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
Pack the item securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Include a copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase along with the RAN inside the package.

4. Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed via the original payment method within [3-5] business days.
